5.4.2011 Recording of the new album is now finished. At the moment we are waiting for the albums cover art, our good friend Hyfke is working on the covers. Tapsa is singing his beard off as I write this, and T. Rebel is getting ready to lay down the bass tracks.
4.3.2011 Achtung! This weekend is going to be all about guitars, and once again the plan is to get everything done over the weekend. The Fiddle is tuned, beard trimmed (so it wont get tangled with the strings) and Tapsa is all set to rock.
28.2.2011 Hey hey news from the studio, drums are now done. This time we wanted really big and sort of round(ish) like sounds, here's a little sample.
25.2.2011 Ok, time to get busy. Today we'll start recording drums for the new album, the plan is to get all drum parts done over the weekend and after that continue with the guitarras. Stay tuned for some studio updates. Below you can see Timo setting up the artillery for the upcoming rock'n'roll bombardment. 17.1.2011 Hey, we are currently preparign ourselves to record our second full length album. It's still too soon to promise anything about release date, but we will post some news as things escalate (fancy pant's term right there). At the moment we have about 7 songs ready to be recorded and 3 songs that still need some Pänettäminen (a musical term used only in some parts of northern Finland). 6.9.2010 We have some gigs coming up, see the gigs page. We will be sharing the stage with some special friends like Havana Black, Greedy pig and Raubtier. 16.4.2008 New site is here with a new address, change your bookmarks to www.freeriderock.fi We have been busy as hell lately, cause right now we have a shitload of things coming up, first of all our first full length album is finished we are just waiting for the artwork and then there's the printing process, but we are trying to get it out in the beginning of May.
